Overview

The NoteMe Canva App lets you create notes without leaving your design workspace. Perfect for saving project ideas, maintaining checklists, and storing reference links for each design project.
The NoteMe Canva App requires a Pro subscription. Free users can use the mobile app and web version at noteme.qrdyai.com.

Installing NoteMe in Canva

Open Canva

Log in to your Canva account and open any design or create a new one.

Open Apps panel

Click on “Apps” in the left sidebar of Canva.

Search for NoteMe

Type “NoteMe” in the search bar and select the app from the results.

Add the app

Click “Add” or “Use” to install NoteMe in your Canva workspace.

Creating notes in Canva

Open NoteMe

Click on NoteMe in your Apps panel to open the note-taking interface.

Create a note

Click “Create Note” or the ”+” button to start a new note.

Add content

Type your note content. You can add:
  • Project ideas and inspiration
  • Checklists for design tasks
  • Reference links and resources
  • Reminders for project deadlines

Save

Click save and your note is stored. It automatically syncs to your mobile app.

All notes created in the Canva App automatically sync to your NoteMe mobile app. You can access them from anywhere, even when you’re not in Canva.
How syncing works:
  • Notes created in Canva appear in your mobile app immediately
  • Edit notes in either location and changes sync automatically
  • Reminders set in Canva will notify you on your mobile device
  • Tags and organization sync across all platforms

Troubleshooting

Make sure you have a Pro subscription. The Canva App is only available for Pro users. Free users can use the mobile app and web version.
Check your internet connection and make sure you’re logged into the same NoteMe account on both platforms. Try refreshing the app or logging out and back in.
Ensure you have a Pro subscription active. If you’re on a free plan, upgrade to Pro to access the Canva App.
