Running into a snag? Most things are quick to sort out. Hepta is a calm merge puzzle, and these friendly fixes will get you back to playing in no time.
No problem — you only lose a heart when you fail a level, never when you win. Wait a short while for your hearts to refill over time, or get an Unlimited pass for heart-free play for a set amount of time.
Don’t worry — every level is verified solvable, so there’s always a way through. Tap the Hint button to highlight the next good move. Remember that direction matters when you merge, so try solving in fewer moves to find a cleaner path.
If a purchase isn’t recognized, use Restore Purchases. This re-checks your App Store or Google Play account and restores anything you’ve already bought.
Hepta plays fully offline, so a connection isn’t needed to load your levels. If the game won’t open, simply close and reopen the app.
Open Settings and check that Sound and Haptics (vibration) are turned on. You can toggle each one independently.
