# Hepta Troubleshooting — Fixes for Common Issues

> Solve common Hepta issues — out of hearts, stuck levels, purchases, the game not loading, sound, haptics, and replaying the tutorial.

Running into a snag? Most things are quick to sort out. Hepta is a calm merge puzzle, and these friendly fixes will get you back to playing in no time.

    No problem — you only lose a heart when you fail a level, never when you win. Wait a short while for your hearts to refill over time, or get an Unlimited pass for heart-free play for a set amount of time.

  <Accordion title="I'm stuck on a level">
    Don't worry — every level is verified solvable, so there's always a way through. Tap the **Hint** button to highlight the next good move. Remember that direction matters when you merge, so try solving in fewer moves to find a cleaner path.

  <Accordion title="My purchase didn't go through">
    If a purchase isn't recognized, use **Restore Purchases**. This re-checks your App Store or Google Play account and restores anything you've already bought.

  <Accordion title="The game won't open or load">
    Hepta plays fully offline, so a connection isn't needed to load your levels. If the game won't open, simply close and reopen the app.

  <Accordion title="Sound or haptics aren't working">
    Open **Settings** and check that **Sound** and **Haptics** (vibration) are turned on. You can toggle each one independently.

  <Accordion title="I want to see the tutorial again">
    You can replay the **How to Play** tutorial anytime from **Settings**. It walks you through merging and the basics whenever you'd like a refresher.
