Have a question about Hepta? Here are quick, friendly answers to the things players ask most. Hepta is a calm merge puzzle that's easy to learn and hard to master.

    Yes. Hepta is free to play, with no coins, no boosters, and no shop. There's an optional Unlimited pass if you'd like heart-free play for a while, but it's never required to enjoy the game.

    No ads, ever. There are no banners and no pop-ups anywhere in Hepta. It's designed to be a calm, uninterrupted puzzle experience.

  <Accordion title="Can I play offline?">
    Yes. Hepta plays fully offline. All 150 levels are bundled inside the app, so you can play anywhere without a connection.

  <Accordion title="How many levels are there?">
    There are 150 hand-crafted levels. Every one has been verified solvable, so you'll never hit an impossible board. Levels sit on a winding map and unlock one by one as you clear them.

  <Accordion title="How does merging work?">
    You merge two pieces that are the same color **and** the same shape by dragging one onto the other. They combine into the next shape up. Pieces evolve through 7 shapes in order: circle, ellipse, triangle, square, pentagon, hexagon, heptagon.

  <Accordion title="Why did I lose a heart?">
    You lose 1 heart only when you fail a level — never when you win. Tutorial levels are always free and don't cost a heart while you're learning. Hearts refill over time while you're away.

  <Accordion title="What are stars and how do I get 3 stars?">
    You earn 1 to 3 stars per level based on how few moves you use. To get 3 stars, solve the level efficiently in as few moves as possible. Your best move count for each level is saved.

  <Accordion title="Is Hepta pay-to-win?">
    No. Hepta is never pay-to-win. It never sells solutions and never makes levels harder to push purchases. The optional Unlimited pass only lifts the heart limit for a while — it doesn't make the puzzles any easier.

  <Accordion title="What does Unlimited do?">
    An Unlimited pass gives you heart-free play for a set amount of time. These are short, timed passes bought through the App Store or Google Play. They simply remove the heart limit for the duration — nothing more.

    Hepta is available in 19 languages and is auto-selected for you. You can switch it anytime in **Settings**.
